Belt Sampling System

The Belt Sampling System can be divided into a Secondary Sampling system and a tri-stage Sampling System as per the granularity of the conveying material - one-to-one or two-to-one as per the number of heads on the sampler - sampling in the middle or at the head of the belt as per the installation location of the head of the sampler.

The system is a primary sampler installed in the middle of the belt conveyor  or on the head, and it can sample the increment directly from the operating belt. This system is designed with a complete seal to prevent the loss of material and moisture, and it is not influenced by the humidity of the coal on the surface. There is no coal blocking during its operation, as there are checking sensors of the coal stream at the coal outlets, which will pre-alarm if the equipment is blocked somewhere. Sampling cycles can be setup as per standard. The system is run by industrial computer.

Features

The sampling head can be installed with a tilt, and the tilting angle of skew is composed by belt speed and the line speed of the head, which ensures that the sampling track is vertical to the belt.

The head and main driving shaft is fixed by universal coupling, and the turning diameter of sampling head is adjustable.  There are cutting edges on both ends of the cutter.
