WE Electronic Belt Scale

The WE series of Electronic Belt Scales is a complete scale frame with a solid and compact structure. It can maintain accurate positioning due to unique design structure and good stability. The scale can realise the combined installation so as to meet the requirement of accurate weighing. The scale frame can be preinstalled and calibrated for quick installation and adjustment on site.

  • The measurement of the ship loading in the seaport and material piling;
  • The measurement of coal and material piling in power plants;
  • The measurement of coal product of coal industry.
  • The measurement of other bulk materials, like cement, grain, etc.

    Product Features:

  • Unique Design: tight design applied in both installation space of small size and belt conveyor with small distance between belt idler;
  • Easy Installation: the scale body can be fixed via bolts; providing 2 sets of V-type brackets fixing idlers and scale frame so no welding is required; no replacement for idler is required, washers are required under idlers.
  • Solid structure: composed of specific trough and square steel, the structure of the body is compact.
  • High Precision: in normal installation situation, the accuracy of single idler ¡À0.5%, calibration accuracy ¡À0.25%; sensor is highly precise, not LVDT type , the data need to be configured.
