Detonator Clearing System

The Detonator Clearing System adopts a resonance principle to clean the detonators. Through a patented automatic balance loop, it is free from the influence of environmental magnetic fields and peripheral metal material. No matter how a detonator exists in the coal stream, the system can accurately detect and clean the metal completely.

Features:

The system uses PLC process control to make sure that the remaining coal can be returned to the main belt while the detonators are completely cleaned.
Adopting  the most updated and mature metal detecting technology to completely detect the whole detonation or detonations after explosion and clean them by adjusting the sensitivity of the detector.
The system can eliminate the detonation on the coal stream on conveying belt effectively. When there is no detonation to detect, the system can be used as a standard automatic sampling equipment.
The system does not touch the coal stream under prepared conditions, which can ensure reliable operation, non-wear, less maintenance and have no influence even in installing or system malfunction.
The key of this system is to clean metal detonations (especially for copper detonations) completely, which traditional magnetic absorption cannot realize.
Easy installation, the frame or chute of belt conveyor is not required to change. The metal detector and cleaning device can be fixed on the frame by bolts.
System detection and detonators clearing are free from the influence of coal granularity, viscidity and moisture. It meets completely industrial site requirements with high reliability.
