Scrolling Chain Calibration Equipment

The scrolling Chain Calibration Equipment made by Tony Tech is composed of Chain Scrolling Frame, Standard Chain and Control System.

The chain opens from the rolling plate with one end fixing the frame and spread on the belt, covering the effective measurement section of the belt scale, and driven by Scrolling Equipment. The chain is composed of roller boards, which circles around the axles dragged by the belt. The equipment can guarantee the relative displacement won't move during operation of the Belt to complete the dynamic calibration of the Belt Scale under the gravity of the Chain acted on the Belt with similar status of belt transferring materials.

Scrolling Chain Calibration Equipment has the features of being small in size,  simple in structure, and a very safe system. It can be used for Dynamic Calibration for various Electronic Belt Scales.
