Dynamic Cycling Chain Calibration Equipment

This system is a calibration device for simulating objects and continuously calibrating the electronic belt scale. It features precise measurement, accurate transmission value, safety and reliability, and low maintenance.

Composition:

Standard cycling chain; cycling chain bracket; ascending and descending system; chain driving device; speed sensor; controlling system (including monitor).

Features:

Standard Cycling Chain
     The standard weight is interconnected by a chain board for flexible chain driving;
Cycling Chain Bracket
     Installed within 1.5m height above the belt scale for easy maintenance.
Ascending & Descending System
     Driven by electronic actuator; automatically controlled through control cabinet.
Control System
     Collecting, calculating, processing, and controlling signals of the whole system; calculating and indicating the instantaneous flow through the accumulating valve, meanwhile collecting signals from the Electronic Belt Scale, displaying and calibrating synchronously;
4-20mA simulating output, sending out instantaneous flow through the accumulating valve of the dynamic chain calibration device;
Leaving 15% I/O point so as to start and stop the control automatically and initiate the failure warning signal of the chain calibration device.
Chain-driving device
     Smooth operation and low malfunction; special material to avoid abrasion between driving wheels and cycling chains; ensures the speed of the chain turning is consistent with that of the belt;
Speed Sensor
      Precision: ?mm;
      Max. output precision: 500 pulse/turn;
